Changing Coverage

Life events such as your spouse getting a new job allows you to make changes to your benefit coverage. Depending on the life event you may need to add or remove a dependent from your benefit plans.

To make changes to your benefit plan:

1. Complete the Status Change Online Form;
2. Once your benefit elections have been submitted and reviewed you will receive an email notification. Be sure to review your Benefit Summary which is available on Ceridian Self-Service. Also, check over your pay advice to confirm your benefit deductions.

• Personal Information
  You may need to update or change some personal information by contacting your Human Resources or benefits contact.
