Retirement is a big decision. One day, you'll leave work. You'll head home to your family. Let's spend more time together, you'll say. And, for the first time, you'll really mean it.

- Contact Your Supervisor to provide them with
your retirement date.

The packet will outline all of your employee benefits, costs of these benefits and how your benefits will transition into retirement.
|
- Request a Retirement Application from New York Life's Web site at www.bcomplete.com up to 90 days before you retire. This form is located under Manage My Information in the pension section - Request Retirement Application.
- Pension Election Packet - Once you receive your last paycheck Farm Credit Foundations will notify New York Life of any final information needed to generate a Pension Election Packet.
- Your First Pension Check will arrive once you complete and return your application to New York Life. Any missed payments will be sent upon processing the first pension payment.
