Life events such as the death of a loved one is a qualifying event that allows you to make changes to your benefit coverage. Depending on the life event, you may need to add or remove a dependent from your benefit plans.

To make changes to your benefit plan:

1. Complete the Status Change Online Form;
2. Once your benefit elections have been submitted and reviewed you will receive an email notification.
3. Be sure to review your Benefit Summary which is available on Ceridian Self-Service.
4. Check over your pay advice to confirm your benefit deductions.
