2. Once your benefit elections have been submitted and reviewed you will receive an email notification.
3. Be sure to review your Benefit Summary which is available on Ceridian Self-Service.
4. Check over your pay advice to confirm your benefit deductions.

Adding a Dependent to the Farm Credit Foundations Benefits Plan

• Effective Date
  The date of the event in which the child date of birth or the official adoption date.
• Vendor Notification
  Done electronically, once the the health care vendor is notified of the dependent's coverage any claims submitted will automatically be processed.
