Coverage Options
Your spouse may apply for coverage in amounts of $25,000, $50,000, $75,000, $100,000, $125,000, $150,000, $175,000, $200,000, $225,000 or $250,000.

Current Employees
Within 31 days of marriage, spouses are guaranteed $50,000 of insurance without providing proof of good health.  If your spouse applies for more than $50,000, you may need to go through underwriting. How to enroll... 

New Hires
Your spouse may apply for $50,000 of insurance without proof of good health within 45 days of your employment.  If your spouse applies for more than $50,000, your spouse must complete the health questions found on page two of the application.

Cash Accumulation
You also have access to cash accumulation feature with your GUL coverage.  The minimum premium contribution per month is $10.00.
