In order to use your FSA or HSA debit card for the first time, you must activate it. The instructions are printed on the debit card.  The number to call is 1-800-963-2071.  You can request another debit card at no cost by contacting Bank of America.

We encourage you to register your account on the Bank of America Web site.  You only need to register one time, even if you have two accounts with Bank of America.

To register your account:

1. Go to www.bankofamerica.com/benefitslogin.
2. Click on the “Create Your Account Login” link on the left side of the page under “Account Holder Login.”
3. Complete the Applicant ID questions and then click “Continue.”
4. On the next screen follow the instructions to complete your login and password.
5. Read through the Online Service Agreement, check the box that says, “I have read and agreed to Online Service Agreement” and then click “Continue.”

When you complete your registration, under “Account Holder Login,” you will be able to:

• View account activity and balance
• Request health care related bill payments
• Check status of payments
• Order additional debit cards
