You can access the Benefits Complete secure Web site at http://www.bcomplete.com 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will need your Social Security Number/User ID
to access the site, but a PIN/Password is not necessary to initiate enrollment. You will
create your own PIN/Password upon enrollment.
Benefits Complete enables you to obtain information about your
Plan account, request an account statement, select/change a beneficiary(ies) for your account,
obtain forms, make election changes to your contribution percentage and investment
elections, as well as apply for a loan or distribution.
Automated Phone System
The Benefits Complete automated phone system is available 24 hours a day, seven
days a week. Call 1-800-294-3575 and enter your Social Security Number/User ID (a
PIN/Password is not necessary to initiate your enrollment).

You may speak with a representative at 1-800-294-3575 Monday through Friday, from
9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Eastern), on any business day that the New York Stock Exchange is
open.
